| I.P Abstract & Summary | The invention proposes a method for producing a serum containing mucosal immune protective antibodies, PAMI serum, against mucosal infectious pathogens from adult pigs or cattle, including the step of administering mucosal infectious pathogens to adult pigs or cattle via mucosal route such as oral or nasal administration; and thereby producing serum, veterinary preparations, and pharmaceutical preparations. In trials conducted by the invention, piglets and calves were successfully prevented and/or treated from infection with mucosal infectious pathogens. |
